Episode 26: Let the Learning Be Messy with Michelle Ward

We had a blast chatting with Michelle Ward (she/her), the founder and CEO of 90 Day Business Launch who's been in the creative entrepreneur game since, as she describes it, "dinosaurs roamed the internet" back in 2008. Lauren stumbled across Michelle's blog as a recent college grad in 2010, and followed along until finally joining one of Michelle's programs nine years later (!) to officially launch her own coaching business. This conversation was a true full-circle moment, and we're excited to share it with you!

Tune in to hear us talk about...

  • What it's felt like for Michelle to pivot away from a multi-six-figure coaching business to focus on just one offer

  • How she's navigating trans inclusion work as a cis woman with a brand that markets to anyone who feels seen by the word "women"

  • The steps she's continuing to take to support her BIPOC clients, including partnering with a BIPOC business coach to host an affinity space within her program

  • The ways Michelle is evolving her business model to make it more sustainable and accessible

  • Why we need to allow ourselves to change direction and reject the idea that we have to do just one thing

,,,and more!
